The ability to see the real problem in a situation. I have held positions on several committees’ over the years including 4WD clubs, sporting clubs, political party branch and several school councils.

Justin is General Manager of Barkuma’s Commercial Services division.  Barkuma, an organisation that assists people with an intellectual disability to live and work in the community, operates two businesses; Silk wood Furniture, which manufactures a wide range of quality timber furniture for the home and office; and SAPAC, which provides general packaging and component assembly to a diverse range of customers.  Inclusion is one of Barkuma’s guiding philosophies, prompting Justin to become involved in the wider local business community through NABEC.

We have lived in Gawler are since 1991.I have approx. 50% of my clients through the NABEC area and into the Barossa. I am a member of the Mind shop network of facilitators, giving me access to over 200 business consultants in 9 countries including USA, Canada and the UK. (http:www.2.mindshop.com). I have been involved in providing the Mind shop Excellence program to Adelaide High School students and hope to repeat this next year in the NABEC or Barossa area.

Local builder 20 years specialising in renovations & additions, lived locally nearly 20 years. Operates a family business, trained as a motor mechanic worked in Plumbing and has run Service Stations. Current work focus is both domestic and commercial building and landscaping throughout the northern suburbs. Like's to work on developing better business networks and business education. Dave was co-opted to the Board in December 2006.

Currently married to husband Jon for 14yrs with 2 beautiful daughters (Simone 13yrs and Alysha 2yrs) Schooling completed through local private schools with high level achievements. Local Salisbury & previously Elizabeth resident working locally my entire professional career to assist disadvantaged unemployed people into employment.
